I lost some money. No problem. I just deleted the App.
I will not use Trivago again. There are better alternatives to organise an enjoyable vacation.

I cannot reach a single person to assist me. Called someone who hung up on me.
Assistant required $65 monthly service charge. German phone tells me to return to website, which is not helping.

Booking date is wrong and they wanted a hundred dollar deposit! There wasn't anything about a deposit and the wrong day! The motel refused us and I want my money back!!
They failed miserably at being a professional and respectful! Now I'm out $60 bucks for jack *** And then they sprung the $100 deposit on us as we was walking inside the lobby to check in!

I've tried to contact trivago support team to see if my hotel reservation for 2/11/26 through 2/15/26 Will be canceled due to me not being able to show up on 2/11/26. I contacted them last night 1/26/26 and this morning 1/27/26. Still haven't Heard anything back from them if my reservation will be canceled if I don't show up on time.

i’ve never been able to get a hold of a live person for Customer Service to rate my experience. I still don’t have a refund.
Trivago is very prompt in processing payments. However, when it comes to a refund and you have jumped through many hoops, the issue is still not resolved. (This is five days later.)

I have had a trip booked for a month, and I understand that I cannot cancel the reservation, but I am unable to go. I recently found out that I have end-stage kidney disease.
I sent Trivago Deals proof that I am going through treatment right now from a Florida cancer specialist, and they declined to help me with my reservation. They would not change the date or let my sister go in my place. I asked that the reservation be put in her name, and I was told no.
I understand not changing the date or canceling the reservation, but there's no reason why they cannot change the name on the reservation to my sister's name. It does not say anything about that on the site that I booked this on.

Distasteful TV commercial on TUBI

I think the commercial with the men's heads in the sand is tastless in this political climate.

I have been trying to contact Trivago to delete my vacation rental listing that was unsolicited and has some of our property photos mixed in with inaccurate photos of some other property and inaccurate text info that we supply off-street parking and allow pets, albeit while they post our 163 excellent reviews! I want Trivago.com to delete the listing for our rental! However, there is no live person to speak to in order to delete my listing, which I never asked for in the first place—totally unsolicited!

I used this website to book 3 airline reservations. They assured me that all seats will be together.
They werent. They were all middle seats all throughout the plane when was the first time flyer, and neither of the extra support this happened multiple times we took three flights. It turned out on the last flight. We had to pay extra money to half of the signed seat.
This was not told to us when we booked. The seat will not use this website again to book anything

I was sent to this format because I found a complaint. It has not been resolved.
I purchased three tickets from Indianapolis to Miami. The tickets were supposed to be seated together and said they were all over the plane in middle seats, then I was informed that I had to pay extra money to have assigned seats. I'm out of pocket $154.
I would like an apology or refund in this matter. This is not the way we do business in America.
